Jazz up your weekend, at brasserie st. jacques
Every Friday night from 2 October 2009, the fantastic Jazz Cannons will be performing a vibrant set of Jazz classics at Brasserie St. Jacques. A lively array of vintage swing songs can be enjoyed throughout the evening from 8pm.
The double-act will be led by the brilliant vocalist and saxophonist, Jimmy Cannon, and accompanied by skilled double-bass player, Jerome Davies. Relax and unwind with a superb bottle of wine and delectable authentic French cuisine, whilst listening to great Jazz tunes such as; Fly Me to the Moon; Come Fly with Me; and Sweet Georgia Brown.

Every Tuesday evening from 6 October 2009, the captivating Oyster Opera will perform a beautiful collection of well-known operatic tunes at Brasserie St. Jacques. The two enchanting 20-minute shows can be enjoyed at 8pm and 9pm.
The brilliant duet of Fiona Oliver-Smith and James Heath, known as Oyster Luxe, will provide a wealth of entertainment to diners. With their natural talent as soprano and tenor, and flare for creating a vibrant atmosphere, Fiona and James form an exceptional team.
Hitting all the show-stopping high notes, the elegant sounds of Oyster Luxe blend perfectly with the traditional French cuisine to create a unique dining experience.
Oyster Opera brings the magnificent world of Opera closer to the audience, which has led to Oyster Opera receiving critical acclaim for its dazzling performances. Oyster Opera has sung for Royalty such as The King of Jordan, and at celebrity parties, including one hosted by Sir Elton John. The breathtaking operatic voices of Oyster Opera will mesmerise any audience.
